2. Product Information & Expectations
Please read all product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
No cancellations or order amendments are allowed once an order is placed.
Many of our products are partially handmade, and there may be a 1–3 cm variance in measurements (does not apply to knitwear or elastic materials).
Minor imperfections such as loose threads, washable marks, or decolorization that do not affect overall product appearance will not be considered defects and are not eligible for return or compensation.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Color discrepancies may occur due to lighting, monitors, mobile screens, or camera settings and do not qualify for a return or refund.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our available payment gateways. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. stock issues, suspected fraud, etc.).
4. Refunds & Returns
We practice a strict no refund or return policy, except in the following cases:
Damaged item received
Faulty item
Incorrect product delivered
To be eligible, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order, with photographic evidence.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read our delivery and damage policy carefully before placing an order.
Parcel Inspection on Delivery
All parcels are carefully packed and sealed before dispatch.
Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery.
If the parcel appears tampered, opened, or severely damaged, please do not accept the delivery and inform the delivery agent immediately.
Mandatory Opening Video
In case of missing items, wrong products, or damaged products, an uninterrupted video recording is mandatory.
The video must:
Start before opening the parcel
Clearly show the shipping label
Show the parcel being opened completely
Clearly show the product and the issue
No cuts, edits, or pauses in the video are allowed.
⚠️ Claims without an opening video will not be accepted.
Reporting Issues
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Order ID
Opening video
Clear photos of the damaged/wrong item
Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be considered.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If approved after verification, we will offer:
Replacement or
Store credit / refund (as applicable)
The final decision will be made after reviewing the submitted evidence.
Shipping Responsibility
Once the parcel is marked “Delivered” by the courier, responsibility shifts to the customer.
We are not liable for issues reported without proper proof.
6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Selling
All content on our site—including images, designs, logos, and product descriptions—is the property of La Belles
Strictly no third-party selling of our items through any platform or use of our images without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website or any products purchased from us.
